Chapter Roll

Attendance can only be punched on the chapter's meeting day, once per member per week, and only after your device shares its live location. Faces are matched on-device against the reference photos captured at registration — nothing is sent to an external face-recognition server. If your face doesn't match anyone in the database, punching is blocked with a "not a member" message instead of being saved.

"Present" means the member has punched in for the current meeting week (per the meeting day and punch frequency set in Settings). Anyone in the chapter database with no punch yet this week shows as Absent.

These settings are shared across every device using this app — changing the meeting day here changes it for the whole chapter's punch rules immediately.
