Attendance can only be punched on the chapter's meeting day, once per member per week, and only after your device shares its live location. Faces are matched on-device against the reference photos captured at registration — nothing is sent to an external face-recognition server. If your face doesn't match anyone in the database, punching is blocked with a "not a member" message instead of being saved.

Bulk import members

Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file with columns Name, Mobile, Email, Vertical — headers can be in any order, any casing. Importing replaces the entire existing member database — every current member (and their face photo) is deleted first, then the file's members are added fresh. Attendance history is kept. Imported members won't have a face photo yet, so capture one for each from "Add or update facial data" below afterward.
